Karol G Dominates Billboard Charts with Dual No. 1 Debuts and Record-Breaking Streaming Week

Karol G achieves a dual No. 1 debut on Billboard's Top Latin Albums and Latin Rhythm Albums chart with her fourth studio album, Mañana Será Bonito.

Mañana Será Bonito marks Karol G's second No. 1 debut on Top Latin Albums and the first No. 1 debut by a female act since her own KG015.

The album earns 94,000 equivalent album units in the U.S. during the Feb 24-March 2 tracking week, with streaming accounting for 83,000 units.

Mañana Será Bonito generates 118.73 million official on-demand streams, marking the biggest streaming week ever for a Latin album by a woman.

The album also sells 10,000 copies and generates 1,000 track-equivalent album units.

Karol G collaborates with Shakira for the Hot Latin Songs No. 1 single, "TQG," which debuts at No. 1 on the chart and bows at No. 4 on Latin Pop Airplay and No. 27 on Latin Airplay.

The album's large streaming activity leads to 13 debuts on the multimetric Hot Latin Songs chart, including "X Si Volvemos," with Romeo Santos, which shoots 12-4.

"Mañana Será Bonito" concurrently debuts at No. 1 on the overall Billboard 200, making it the first all-Spanish-language album by a woman to top the chart in its history.

Only two other mostly non-English-language albums by women have reached No. 1 on the Billboard 200: Selena's Dreaming of You and The Singing Nun's all-French-language self-titled album in 1963.
